Recording of Event. Spacepower Conference and its related activities may be recorded and photographed, and reproduced in any form (including but not limited to digital formats). By attending the Spacepower Conference and related activities, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be recorded or photographed and consent to the use of your branding, intellectual property, likeness and name, image, and sound. You hereby authorize Space Force Association and its designees to record, transcribe, modify, reproduce, publicly perform, display, distribute, redistribute, and transmit in any form and for any purpose any such recordings or photographs of the Spacepower Conference and related activities. You hereby release Space Force Association and its designees from, and waive all claims you may have, including intellectual property claims, now or in the future, in connection with such activities, and specifically waives any statutory restriction on waivers of future claims or moral rights.
