What is Spacepower Conference?
Spacepower Conference is the premier national security event dedicated to advancements in space technology, policy, and exploration. It brings together industry leaders, government officials, and innovators to share insights and foster collaboration.
When and where is the conference?
The 4th Annual Spacepower Conference will be held from December 8-10, 2026, at the Hilton Orlando, 6001 Destination Parkway, Orlando, FL 32819.
When can I get tickets?
Tickets will go on sale in July 2026.
No registrations will be processed on-site. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
Who can attend Spacepower Conference?
SPC is ideal for professionals in aerospace, defense, and technology sectors, as well as government and military officials, students, and anyone interested in space innovation and policy.
What is the dress code?
- General Conference: OCPs for Military; Business causal (e.g. sport coat with an open collar, blouse with tailored pants or skirt) for Civilians
- Spacepower Excellence Awards Gala: Service Dress for Military; Business attire for Civilians
What events are happening during Spacepower Week?

How do I check-in at the conference?
Information will be made available to attendees in November 2026.
Can I get an attendee list in advance?
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, SFA does not make its attendee list available to the public.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a partial refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this date. For assistance with your registration, please email questions@american-tradeshow.com
Are there hotel rooms available at Hilton Orlando?
The room block at the Hilton Orlando is available for all Spacepower attendees. A link to the reserved room block will be included in your ticket purchase confirmation email. There are a limited number of rooms reserved at the Per Diem rate for Active Duty Military members.
Is there transportation provided to and from the venue?
Do I need a visa to attend if I’m coming from outside the United States?
International attendees may require a visa. We recommend checking with your local embassy or consulate for travel requirements.
