What is the Spacepower Conference?
The Spacepower Conference is an annual event dedicated to advancements in space technology, policy, and exploration. It brings together industry leaders, government officials, and innovators to share insights and foster collaboration.
When and where is the conference?

The Spacepower Conference will be held from December 10-12, 2025, at the Hilton Orlando, FL. 

Who can attend Spacepower Conference?
The conference is ideal for professionals in aerospace, defense, and technology sectors, as well as government and military officials, students, and anyone interested in space innovation and policy.
What is the dress code?

 

  • General Conference: OCPs for Military; Business causal (e.g. sport coat with an open collar, blouse with tailored pants or skirt) for Civilians
  • Spacepower Excellence Awards Gala: Service Dress for Military; Business attire for Civilians
Can I get tickets on-site?
No registrations will be processed on-site. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
How do I check-in at the conference?

On the day of the event, please bring a valid ID and the ExpoPass email confirmation so we can confirm your identity and issue your badge onsite. 

You will receive your unique ExpoPass check-in link to the email that you registered with.

If you registered for a Guardian ticket or Military discounted ticket, you will also need to provide your military ID.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made before 7 days are eligible for a partial refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this date.

Are there rooms available at the conference venue?

As of December 1, the room block at the Hilton Orlando is full, however, we recommend the following nearby hotels:

    Is there transportation provided to and from the venue?
    Attendees are responsible for their transportation. However, the venue is easily accessible from Orlando International Airport, and various transport options are available.
    Do I need a visa to attend if I’m coming from outside the United States?

    International attendees may require a visa. We recommend checking with your local embassy or consulate for travel requirements.
