Membership Requirements: The Exhibitor/Sponsor must be a corporate member of SFA to participate. A separate invoice will be sent for your SFA membership level and must be paid within 30 business days of signing the Sponsorship agreement or agreement is null and void. Sponsor must have an active membership on the date of the event. Failure to obtain a Membership within the 30-day grace period will result in termination of this contract, whereby only 50% of the collected funds are reimbursed. Payment Policy: Payment is due at time of registration. Please contact us if you need to arrange other forms of payment. Reservations are not final until payment is received.

Location: All locations are subject to change. SFA reserves the right to change Sponsor/Exhibitor placement in the Exhibition Hall and other event spaces.

Intellectual Property Rights (name & logo): Sponsor grants SFA the right to use their intellectual property (name & logo) for promoting the Event, subject to pre-approval by Sponsor for specific uses.

Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to the sponsorship package must be agreed to by SFA in writing. This contract may not be assigned, in whole or in part, without written agreement by SFA. SFA may assign the agreement, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion should Sponsor fail to meet its obligations listed in this contract. There are no refunds given. SFA may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit in whole or in part, for future SFA events, provided SFA is able to find a suitable replacement and no costs are incurred by SFA.
